Eagle Properties of Tuscaloosa was founded in 1995 as Phillip Kinard pursued his dream of becoming a homebuilder. Since then Phillip has helped hundreds of first time home owners find their way into a new, entry-level home.

Phillip’s success has grown out of a solid work ethic coupled to an unrelenting commitment to quality. Eagle Properties homes provide unique opportunities for the first-time home buyer.
