1. How energy efficient are the homes? What steps are taken during the construction process to ensure proper insulation?
Eagle Properties homes are insulated with close attention to windows, door headers, and other places where air loss cut into the home-owners budget. We exclusively use energy efficient trusses to allow additional room for attic insulation. Our attics are blown with 12 inches of insulation. All outside walls are insulated with R-13, all other areas that allow air infiltration are foamed and interior bathroom walls are insulated for privacy.
2. What types of appliances are in the new construction homes?
Our homes feature upgraded Whirlpool appliances throughout, with stainless steel smooth-top stoves, dishwashers, and built-in microwaves. We proudly equip our homes with durable and energy efficient appliances that help make your new home a great investment.
3. Do you use basic pre-fab cabinets or custom-built cabinets?
Your new home comes with all wood custom-built cabinetry installed. Each home is individually measured and cabinets are custom built for that particular home. We only use durable, well crafted hardware on doors and drawers for trouble-free operation. Walking through an Eagle Properties home one receives the feel of high quality and solid craftsmanship.
4. What about garage doors?
Eagle Properties only uses Insulated garage doors and Premium door operators for quiet, trouble-free operation and are standard on all our homes.
5. What kind of flooring goes into the homes built by Eagle Properties?
Eagle Properties installs flooring with a ten (10) year warranty, TWICE the industry standard with superior stain-resistant features, providing a quality and wear standard fully double that of similar homes.
